Centennial is pleased to announce the June 2012 winner of the Centennial 12 in 12 Community Campaign – The McDowell Foundation

McDowell Foundation

The McDowell Foundation provides grants to support teacher-led research – such as cutting edge educational trends, instructional experimentation and the extension of knowledge about improved teaching practices – to create effective learning opportunities and experiences for preK-12 students in the classroom.

We are so thankful that Centennial  is joining 12,700 Saskatchewan teachers in their quest to be the leaders in strengthening the quality of teaching practices for the benefit of student learning.” – Lanette Kuchenski

The McDowell Foundation is the recipient of the June 12 in 12 $1,000 donation. Each month a registered local nonprofit or charitable organization will be selected from the eligible nominees to receive a $1,000 donation from Centennial.
