The Flo® Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff is a game-changing leak detection and water monitoring device that detects leaks anywhere in the home. This device can automatically turn off the water to the home if a leak or risk is detected, with the ability to start and stop water flow from your smartphone. It also provides real-time information on water usage in your home.

KEY BENEFITS

24/7 Protection – The Flo Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff monitors for water leaks around the clock and alerts you to any abnormalities, including abnormal pressure or fixtures that have been left on.

Remote Shutoff – Through the Moen Smart Water App, you can shut off your water remotely. Your water will also automatically shut off if you do not respond to notifications to proactively prevent water damage.

Water Usage Monitoring – Through the Moen Smart Water App, you can monitor water usage in your home, compare it to historical usage patterns, and set and monitor conservation goals.

Customizable Notifications – The Moen Smart Water App allows you to customize the way you are notified in case of a leak or other water event – by text, phone call, email and/or through the app itself.

Extra Insurance – For $5 USD per month and no long-term contract, you can subscribe to FloProtect™, which covers your water damage deductible up to $5,000. It also extends the one-year guarantee on your Flo Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff by four more years, for a total of five years.
